Sculpt Return Policy
1. Returns and Exchanges
a. We only offer a refund in the situation that a product is faulty. If it is faulty we will either, refund you the full amount, or allow you to receive a new version of the product. We offer refunds and returns within 30 days of you receiving the product.
2. Eligibility for Returns
a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
b. Socks and any other intimate goods are NOT eligible for a refund.
3. Initiating a Return or Exchange
a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at team@sculptaus.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
b. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return.
4. Return Shipping
a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
5. Refunds
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or a replacement product will be sent within 10 business days.
6. Exchanges
a. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at team@sculptaus.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at team@sculptaus.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and process a replacement.
